ANDRÉS SAUTEL
Owner & Director | Founder & Cultural Originator
Dancer, instructor, and choreographer of Argentine tango, Andrés is the founder of Gotambó – Hidden Rhythms and the original visionary behind its cultural and artistic foundation.
His career began in Buenos Aires in 1995, performing in some of the most renowned tango houses including Señor Tango, Viejo Almacén, Tango Porteño, Piazzolla Tango, and Central Tango. He has toured internationally with acclaimed productions such as Tango Fire and Una Noche en Buenos Aires, performing across Australia, Chile, the United States, and Brazil.
As an international instructor and performer, Andrés has worked across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including Slovenia, France, Romania, Spain, Thailand, England, Turkey, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Russia.
Within Gotambó, Andrés defines the movement language, cultural grounding, and artistic direction — ensuring the platform remains rooted in authenticity while continuing to evolve as a living expression of rhythm and identity.

BRADLEY J. CLEARY
Creative Originator | Platform & Format Designer
Award-winning Creative Producer, Artistic Director, and Show Designer, Brad brings over two
decades of international experience in live entertainment, brand storytelling, and large-scale
production.
As a founder of Let’s Step Forward, he has led the creation of global entertainment concepts, corporate shows, and brand-driven experiences, working across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. His portfolio includes show direction and production design for major productions such as Tropicana and Riviera on the Las Vegas Strip.
Within Gotambó, Brad is the Brand Guardian and responsible for the platform architecture — designing the experience logic, modular formats, and scalable systems that allow the project to move across hospitality, touring, and cultural programming environments.
His role ensures that Gotambó can grow and adapt without losing its artistic coherence or identity.

BARBARA SIMON
Co-Originator | Strategic Brand & Creative Direction
Award-winning Creative Director, Brand Strategist, and Marketing Lead, Barbara brings over 30
years of experience across media, broadcast, and live entertainment branding.
She has held senior creative and marketing positions within leading television networks and has
worked internationally as a Strategic Creative Director and Brand Consultant since 2007. Her
portfolio includes overseeing brand and visual direction for globally recognised productions
such as the Eurovision Song Contest and the Laureus World Sports Awards.Within Gotambó, Barbara shapes the brand system — defining its visual identity, positioning,
and communication strategy — translating the artistic depth of the project into a clear, credible,
and market-ready platform for partners, stakeholders, and audiences.

DEIMOS VIRGILLITO
Co-Originator | Music Producer & Composer
Co-music producer and co-composer of Gotambó, Deimos is a music producer, composer, and
multi-instrumentalist with over 15 years of international experience in live performance and
production.
He has worked across major musical theatre productions including Cats, Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, Saturday Night Fever, and We Will Rock You, before returning to his
core focus of composing and producing original work.
His production credits span global entertainment environments including Celebrity Cruises (Miami), Hapag-Lloyd Cruises (Hamburg), Mall of Qatar (Doha), and the Bellagio Hotel (Las
Vegas). He has also composed for major recording and touring productions, including projects for German superstar Helene Fischer.
Within Gotambó, Deimos develops the musical architecture — bridging traditional rhythmic foundations with contemporary production to create a sound that is both rooted and evolving
across formats.

PAUL LAZAR
Co-Originator | Music Producer, Composer & Performance Integration
Co-music producer and co-composer of Gotambó, Paul brings a unique background across
electronic, orchestral, and live performance worlds.
He toured internationally with Gotan Project and later performed with Chicago, before joining productions linked to the work of Bob Fosse at Casino de Paris. His work as a composer and collaborator includes projects such as Didou, as well as remix and production work for artists including Juan Carlos Cáceres and Bedouin Soundclash.
As a violinist, Paul has performed extensively with Cirque du Soleil, including Zed (Tokyo), Varekai, and Kurios, bringing high-level performance experience within some of the world’s most respected live entertainment productions.
Within Gotambó, Paul contributes to the musical identity and live performance integration — ensuring the connection between composition, musicianship, and stage experience remains
fluid, expressive, and internationally resonant.
